Services for Children

Find help for a child who is using

CDP works with young people and adults over the age of 17. Support for children and young people under 17 who have become dependent on drugs, alcohol or other substances is provided by a number of organisations. CDP can not advise you as to which is the most suitable for your needs, but the following is a list of the main ones that we are aware of. Inclusion in this list does not imply endorsement by CDP in any way.

In general, you are advised to consult your own GP in the first instance. In all cases, it would be best if you were to telephone the centre before you visit to ensure that it is appropriate to your needs.
